For waterless dry wash, we use zero water from your supply. For pressure wash we bring our own 50 L tank. We may request a single 5A plug point during interior vacuuming — typical consumption is under 0.5 units.
Is the cleaning safe for matte-finish, PPF or vinyl-wrapped cars?
Yes. Our two-bucket method, pH-neutral shampoo, and dedicated microfibre kits are safe for matte, PPF, and vinyl-wrapped vehicles. Inform us during booking and we deploy our specialty kit at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash. Monthly subscriptions can be paid via auto-debit UPI mandate.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause for up to 30 days or cancel any time from your customer dashboard. Unused visits in the current month are pro-rated and refunded within 3 working days.
